Corrections

We welcome evidence-based corrections and explain meaningful changes to published information.

How to request a review

Provide the page address, disputed sentence and a public primary source supporting the correction. Do not send personal records.

What happens next

An editor checks the evidence and context. Substantive corrections are made promptly and the updated date is changed where appropriate.

Clarifications

A clarification adds context when wording is technically accurate but could reasonably mislead. Minor spelling and presentation fixes may be made without a note.
